Been in the shop 3 times. First two times were great experiences. Each time someone different was running the counter.Today (3rd visit) I went in to get 2 Franklin 50 cent junk pieces to finish out a tube. I bought 8 the day before at $11 each (spot @time $31.32). Today I go in and the gentleman tells me $12+ and spot is @ $31.20. So I explain to him this info. I kindly asked "would you do $11 each?" He said "Nope, I understand if you don't want them." No lie, I was a little ticked that was his attitude over a $2 question, so I passed. I didn't get his name but he is white haired, about 5'8" and hard-of-hearing.My advice would be to keep him off of the counter. I might go back but if I see him, I won't go in. The other two guys were cool.

Spoke with Scott over the phone and in person to sell the small coin collection I had. Very knowledgeable and kind. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently returned to the hobby after a five year hiatus, and this was the first coin shop I stepped foot into. Scott greeted me upon arrival and took a little time to get to know me as a hobbyist - what I collected previously, what I might be interested in collecting now, what kind of price range I was comfortable working in, etc. Scott was very personable, patient, and I enjoyed talking with him about coins and the hobby in general. I purchased two coins at a price point slightly below what I usually would buy, but they are both beauties! From a buyer's perspective, the transaction and interaction was effortless. I will definitely be back to this shop in the near future to do more business with Scott.
